Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident entering our competitions. Here is exactly what happens in every scenario.
General Position
Once your entry payment has been confirmed and your tickets have been allocated, your entry is final. Entries cannot be cancelled or refunded after the draw has taken place.
However, we understand that problems can occur. The sections below explain exactly what we will do in each situation.
Competition Cancelled Before Draw
In the event that a competition is cancelled before the draw takes place, all entrants will receive a full refund of their entry payment to the original payment method.
We aim to process cancellation refunds within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
Duplicate Charge or Payment Error
If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full as soon as we are made aware. Please contact us at support@millbrookgiveaways.com with your order details and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
Ineligible Entries
All entries require a correct answer to a question of skill. Entries submitted with an incorrect answer are recorded but marked ineligible for the draw. We do not issue refunds for entries that are ineligible due to an incorrect skill answer — this is disclosed clearly at the point of entry.
If you believe your answer was marked incorrectly in error, please contact us and we will review it.
Ticket Availability Error
In the unlikely event that a technical error causes more tickets to be sold than the competition maximum, any affected entrants will receive a full refund. We operate a reservation system to prevent this from occurring.

- The email address registered to your account
- Your order number or reference
- A brief description of the issue
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
