Complaints Procedure

We take every complaint seriously and aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.

Contact Us Directly

In the first instance, please contact us by email at support@millbrookgiveaways.com. Please include your name, the competition or order you are referring to, and a clear description of your complaint.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may request that your complaint is reviewed by a senior member of our team. Please reply to our response email marked "Escalation Request" and we will ensure your complaint is reviewed at a higher level within a further 14 calendar days.

Further Recourse

If you remain dissatisfied after our internal process is exhausted, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction. In Ireland this is the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) at www.ccpc.ie. In the UK this is the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) at www.asa.org.uk.
